Friends of the Earth Malta is delighted to present the fourth edition of ĊineAmbjent, Malta’s environmental and social justice film festival, taking place from 15 to 18 October 2026 across cinemas, galleries and community spaces in Malta and Gozo. As part of the festival, audiences can enjoy Super Nature, a 2025 documentary by Ed Sayers from the United Kingdom. The 82-minute film brings together footage captured by 40 contributors from around the world, each using a Super 8 camera to document the natural places, landscapes and wildlife closest to their hearts. From tiny insects and intimate scenes of nature to vast oceans and wildlife, the film offers a joyful, personal and beautifully authentic celebration of our connection with the natural world. Classification: PG, recommended for ages 8+.
