An exhibition featuring seven artistic dioramas depicting Nativity scenes set within distinctive Gozitan and Maltese landscapes. Created by crib artists Ġanni Attard and Beatrice Cini, these handcrafted works are meticulously made using gabbla stone, expanding foam, plaster, and mixed media, complemented by finely detailed artistic figurines. The exhibition highlights the creativity, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage that characterise the local crib-making tradition, bringing to life scenes inspired by both rural and village settings. Several of these remarkable works have already been showcased at international exhibitions abroad, earning appreciation for their artistic quality and attention to detail. Visitors will have the opportunity to admire the intricate workmanship, realistic scenery, and unique interpretation of the Nativity story through a distinctly Maltese and Gozitan lens.
