One of the most anticipated nights of the Għajnsielem feast on Gozo, when the traditional march winds through the streets behind the San Ġużepp and Pinto San Bastjan bands. The crowd builds towards the triumphant carrying of Our Lady's statue and a synchronised fireworks-and-music display. Loud, communal and proudly local, it is the feast at its most spirited — best experienced on your feet in the street.
