Experience one of the traditions of the Santa Marija festivities in Victoria — the Children’s March. The morning begins at 10:00 a.m. with a special Mass for all the children of the parish, celebrated by Mons. Maximillian Grech with the participation of the Aurora Youth Choir at the Cathedral of Gozo. At 11:00 a.m., the celebrations move into the streets with the much-loved Children’s Parade, featuring the club flag and the small statue of Santa Marija, accompanied by the Leone Band from the Cathedral to the Leone Band Club. The morning concludes at 12:00 p.m. with a cheerful children’s party at the Leone Band Club. Visitors are invited to enjoy a colourful and joyful celebration where younger generations take centre stage and keep Gozo’s festa traditions alive.
