A monthly first-Sunday chess meet-up at The Hatter Bar in Gżira, pairing casual games over a drink with an easy, welcoming crowd. Expect players of all levels, no pressure and the relaxed buzz of a bar rather than a silent tournament hall. It suits regulars, curious beginners and anyone who likes a thoughtful, social way to spend an evening. Turn up and find a board.
